Chances for Change is built to respond to the individual need following a failed drug screen. Though targeted primarily at students and employees who are abusing substances and attempting to get back on track, this program can be effective for both minors as well as adults in almost any capacity.

Crisis Support Counseling

To stay true to our mission, Stay Designated is emphasizing our focus on "reducing driving under the influence injuries and fatalities, intoxicated driving, underage drinking, and drug abuse, we strive to offer education and other means of prevention, promote victim advocacy, as well as assist those both directly and indirectly affected."

After experiencing a traumatic event, such as an alcohol or drug related car accident, emotional issues may arise in each person involved. Both sides (victim and perpetrator), are affected by the trauma and many times, seeking counseling can be very costly and dificult. It is our goal to make that transition easier on those in crisis. If an individual, or an immediate family member of an individual, has been directly involved in an alcohol or drug related incident that has resulted in hospitalization and/or arrest, we consider that individual or family to be in crisis. Keeping true to our mission to assist with positive rehabilitation and advocacy, Stay Designated Counseling Services will see the client (individual or family) for 3 sessions at no cost.

Counseling services may continue after the 'no cost' sessions at a lower rate (via sliding scale) if finances continue to be an issue.
